According to TMZ insiders, Ray J has made a $2.7 million offer on a new home. In Hidden Hills, California. In the same neighborhood as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

The mansion is eight doors down from Kardashian and West, but don’t go telling Ray J that he’s butting in on his ex-girlfriend’s business.
The singer says he’s been living in this area of The Golden State for longer than Kimye; so, if anyone is a carpetbagger, it’s the world’s most selfie-loving reality star and her husband.
For those somehow not in the know, the Kim Kardashian sex tape (titled "Kim Kardashian Superstar") was filmed by Ray J back when these two were a romantic item.
Ray J continues to earn royalties off the video (to the tune of $30,000 per month!!!), which Vivid Entertainment has confirmed is the best-selling celebrity sex tape of all-time.
We can't wait to see what happens when Ray J asks to borrow some sugar from Kanye.
He may have hit it first, but West may be the one to hit his nemesis last.
