They may have gotten married in Italy. And they may reside in Los Angeles.
But Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are about to own Brooklyn. For one special night, at least. At one special location.
Brucie, an eatery in this New York City borough, will offer customers a unique five-course menu on Valentine’s Day this year, one that is based on the infamous Kimye wedding in Florence last May.
Patrons will have the option of selecting items from Kim's side of the menu (such as kaliflower, kreme, kalimari, and karrot kake) or Kanye's side of the menu, the latter of which will include the following:
- "Gold Digger” (beets, gold leaf, saffron aioli, hazelnut dirt).
- “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” (squid ink tagliatelle, duck confit, coconut, microgreens).
- "Taylor Swift-VMAs ode “Imma Let You Finish” (pernod yeezecake, chantilly cream).
There will even an entree recipe dedicated to the couple’s daughter: The North West, a Pacific Northwest salmon en croute and bacon braised greens.
For Valentine's Day 2014, Brucie offered customers a Beyonce and Jay Z-themed menu.
