His shady behavior has become the stuff of legend, so on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 3, Kourtney set out to answer that very question.
What did she find out, and how did she go about it? Does she even know the father of her three kids at all? How did he react when inevitably found out?
His "I get paid to chill" boast and Kourtney's "leave it to you to make getting wasted a career" retort last year made for one of the couple's best exchanges.
Still, no one actually knows about Scott's business dealings, such as how much he pulls for one of these gigs, what he does there, or anything else really.
And the mystery extends beyond the club circuit. When Kris overheard him wiring a huge sum of money, Kourtney's explanation was "he's brokering things."
Scott ragging on Kim might be the best part of the Kardashian reality shows. Every time she acts like it's the first time she's ever been put in her place.
"It's really nobody's business," he said after being confronted by his partner for keeping secrets ... about what he does for work to provide for them?
Scott's taking his need for privacy and independence a little far if you ask us, but Kourtney agreed to let him maintain his "international man of mystery" status.
For the most part. Now we know who to call when we're in the market for our next Rolls Royce at least, so the Kards' sleuthing was definitely a success.
Meanwhile, Kris asked Kim Kardashian to take her to the doctor the next day, but when Kim can't get a sitter for North West, she suggests Bruce Jenner.
Her ex-husband obliges, but at the doctor's it gets awkward when Kris confesses that she changed the executor of her will from Bruce to Kourtney.
Bruce later tells Kim, who agrees that Kourtney isn't the right choice just because she's the oldest. Kim feels she personally is "the most level headed."
Kylie Jenner then pops by her dad's house unannounced, much to Bruce's surprise and happiness. He enlists Kim's help to buy her a bag. For $5,000.
Kim has to talk Bruce off the big-spending ledge, but he's just happy someone actually came to see him besides Brody, Brandon and Leah Jenner.
Not surprising: Scott's a slob. Surprising: He and Kourtney sleep as far away from each other as possible. "Scott was a complete and utter mess,†the maid claims. “He’d leave food everywhere and crumbs covered his bed, which was on the opposite side of the house from Kourtney.â€
"One time, Kim asked me to wash Kanye's white T-shirt," says the maid. "It reeked of the worst body odor I have ever smelled. There were armpit stains that were soaking wet. It made me shiver.â€
“Kim would sit and chat with [the housekeepers]," says the source. "And she was generous. One time she gifted someone on her staff a computer for Christmas. It was awesome and so kind. She was the only one out of the three to give anyone helping out any gifts.â€
"Kim's bedroom and bathroom are beyond filthy at all times no matter how often it was cleaned,†the maid claims. “The minute Kim entered everything was trashed – like a tornado had just gone through it.†​
The Kardashian's maid describes Scott as "constantly drunk." She claims he would litter the house with empty booze bottles and she once found a white powdered substance in his bathroom.
"Kourtney was by far the most rude and unappreciative person in the family,†says the housekeeper. "She was also extremely strict and a total neat freak.â€
“She loves to play practical jokes, especially on Kim,†says the source. “She would hide her clothes and shoes and Kim would panic. Khloe would think it was the funniest thing.â€
Khloe is apprently the only one willing to lay down the law with her more famous sis: “She couldn't handle that Kim would just leave her clothes on the floor for someone to pick up. She thought her sister was a slob."
The housekeeper describes Kris as "the life of the party." “When she has a few too many drinks in her she's been known to bump into walls but otherwise, she was so nice and always asked everyone on the staff about their home lives."
