Kim Kardashian: Plagued by Pregnancy Problems, Riled by Rob

Kim Kardashian will not be in the best of moods this Sunday night.

The former sex tape star will have a lot on her big-breasted plate throughout the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10, as she deals with problems relating to one loved one and another potential loved one.

In the first clip featured below, Kim gets husband Kanye West on the phone and opens up to him about serious medical difficulties that could accompany a second pregnancy.

Because Kim's placenta has apparently grown on to her uterus, a doctor told the celebrity that the latter body part will need to be removed after she gives birth again.

Kardashian has made no secret that she's trying to give daughter North West a sibling... and she actually comes across as sympathetic in this sneak peek.

She's either taking some new acting classes or she really has received some troubling news.

In the second clip, Kris, Khloe and Kim gather to talk about the struggles facing Rob Kardashian.

They specifically discuss his battle with a ballooning figure and how he's practically become a recluse as a result of this major weight gain.
