Those who watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online or on their television sets witnessed a very sad Kim Kardashian last night.
The reality star faced the medical fact that she may only be able to have one more baby before surgery is needed to remove her uterus.
It was a sad realization for the mother of one, but Kim was still able to at least have an enjoyable Easter Sunday.
First, as pictured above, Kim went about some "Easter prep," organizing a basket of goodies and proving she's come a very, very long way since:
No longer is Kim Kardashian a Playboy Bunny. Now she's an actual Easter Bunny! Sort of!
Elsewhere, the reality star flashed way back, sharing an old picture of herself and sisters Kourtney and Khloe with their late father, Robert Kardashian.
She wrote as a sentimental caption to it:
"Happy Easter everyone! Easter has always been a big celebration in my family! I love this throwback of Kourtney, Khloe and me with our daddy in our front yard just finishing an Easter egg hunt."
Earlier in the week, meanwhile, Kim shared a photo of daughter North West going Easter Egg hunting, proving that she's keeping a tradition alive that started with her dad back in the day.
That's pretty sweet, really. We can't even make fun of Kardashian for it.
