It's been almost two weeks since Rob Kardashian compared his sister Kim to "the b-tch from Gone Girl" on Instagram, and the former reality star is still having trouble finding any allies within his famous family.
Sure, Scott Disick has supported Rob, but in addition to the fact that Disick is not a member of the family, having the troubled professional boozer on your side is like asking Charles Manson write to the parole board on your behalf.
Now, however, Rob is enjoying some support from an actual blood relative, and the rest of the K-clan may not like what she has to say.
Kris Jenner's younger sister, Karen Houghton, recently gave an interview to Radar Online and revealed that she believes Rob's family is not doing enough to help him through his current crisis.
“I can’t talk to him. I don’t know where he is,” Houghton says. "It's not okay. “On Easter I didn’t see him in any of the photos. So he wasn’t there. That tells me a lot.”
Houghton confirms that the trouble began when Rob bailed on Kim Kardashian's wedding as a result of his insecurities regarding his weight.
“I read they were telling him about how his tux wasn’t fitting. They could have 10 tuxedos from any place in Paris with their money! Who cares if he’s a little overweight! Rob is such a sweet boy.”
Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 4 featured a distressed Kris struggling to find a solution to her son's problem.
Houghton says that she believes her sister is upset, but adds that Kris has rejected offers of help from other family members.
“I know Kris is devastated about Rob,” says Houghton. "[But] when you call her, it just goes to voicemail. A phone call is a joke to her."
