Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 8 again saw Rob Kardashian front and center, even though Rob personally did not appear.

Meanwhile, the fallout from a certain someone's drunken antics continued, and it was not pretty, as Scott Disick's Aspen bender proved in spades.

Sadly, we didn't get to see this, but on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 10 Episode 8, Rob threw a raging party ... at Khloe's house.

"Major whores" were in attendance at the soiree, she reports.

Moreover, "Someone threw up in my house." The indignity.

Quoth Kim Kardashian, the hard-liner of the group, "He won't leave the house or see us, hardly, but he'll have parties and see other people?"

Pretty much. This is the kind of thing that prompted the famous family to stage a Rob Kardashian intervention, one which ultimately failed.

Of all his siblings, Kim has adopted the most tough-love approach, which may have led to Rob calling her the b---h from Gone Girl on IG.

In any case, he's in bad shape, and he may have company.

Even with his third child, Reign Aston Disick, having entered the world just weeks ago at the time this was filmed, Scott is kicked out of the house.

Having seen Scott Disick wasted and belligerent too many times, his baby mama booted him out and told him he's not coming back in that state.

This was bigger than your average Scott-Kourt fight.

After drunkenly storming out of Khloe's house, The Lord disappeared for several days and ended up partying like a madman in Aspen, Colo.

"Everyone's worried about you, and the only person that you're worried about is yourself," Khloe told the cameras, regarding her drunk BFF.

Scott's friends eventually put him on a plane back to L.A., where he sobered up. After sobering up, Scott opened up about Kourt to Kim and Khloe:

“It’s super bizarre to me that she’s even speaking to me, to be quite honest. I just think at this point she just feels bad for me and herself."

"I feel bad for everybody, too. Obviously, this is not what I wanted to be doing with my life," he lamented. "Everything has taken a turn.”

Kim reminded Scott how great his girlfriend, kids and life are, but to him, "everything sounds perfect ... it just doesn't feel good inside."

SIDE NOTE: This is never, ever a good sign.

Scott later admitted to the cameras as well that he's upset about his own conduct, and insisted that he wishes he could get it together:

"I wish it was easier for me to be under control, but it's not. It's something I've always wanted to change, it's just not as simple as people think."

Will he put his money where his mouth is?

Eventually, he came home, and Kourtney welcomed him, calling him "an amazing father to our kids" who she will "support through this struggle."

Or at least until the next Aspen bender.
