Earlier today, we learned that Kim Kardashian is pregnant with a boy. While the news is reportedly a dream come true for the reality star and her husband, Kanye West, sources say Yeezy has reacted to the big gender reveal in a very unusual way.
Radar Online is reporting that Kanye has essentially ditched his pregnant wife and embarked on a globetrotting concert tour.
"He's off to Glastonbury, then France and New York," says one insider, adding that 'Ye was likely aware Kim wouldn't be able to join him when he booked the tour, as she's yet again suffering from "vicious morning sickness" in her first trimester.
The source says that Kim's desperate efforts to get pregnant were motivated in part by her knowledge that her husband likes to spend the summer on the road without her.
“This is why they’ve been so desperate to get pregnant before he left," says the source. "The likelihood is that they will be spending much of the summer in different countries.
“Kim’s obligated to stick around LA for work reasons, while Kanye has tons to take care of overseas — she’s putting on a brave face, but she knows the separation is going to be tough.”
Well, we suppose we can see why Kanye's work schedule would force him to spend so much time away from his pregnant wife. It's not like he's some independently wealthy celebrity who can just take time off whenever he...oh, wait. #ToastToTheDouchebags
