As you've almost certainly heard by now, Kim Kardashian is pregnant with her second child.
Kim announced that she's expecting a boyon Father's Day in a sweet social media post dedicated to her husband, Kanye West.
No doubt millions of her fans were pleasantly surprised by the announcement, but the cat was essentially out of the bag weeks earlier with several tabloids reporting that Kim and Kanye were having a boy.
Naturally, of course, Kim and Kanye were the first to receive the news, and now it looks as though they didn't even need to wait for an ultrasound.
According to Us Weekly, the Wests left nothing up to chance and had only male embryos implanted during Kim's IVF treatments.
“She only had boy embryos implanted,” one insider tells the tabloid.
“Kanye and Kim are so excited to complete their family,” says a different source. “Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete, he wanted a little boy, an heir,”
Obviously, the added expense of sorting out the male embryos amounted to chump change for Kimye, but many fans have expressed their surprise that a couple that was so desperate to conceive would potentially reduce its chances just to ensure an "heir" for Kanye.
Too bad Chris Brown already snatched up the name "Royalty," because clearly, the Wets take their dynastic ambitions even more seriously than we thought.
