Dressed as Audrey Hepburn and Marie Antoinette, Kim is initially lying around with her eyes closed, exhausted from… well, shilling for various products, we’d imagine.
The camera slowly pans over Kim's body, hovering over her cleavage for a few moments and giving us some clear snapshots of her enormous engagement ring.
But then Kardashian drinks some Hype, her eyes open and - bam! - we're taken into present day. Or maybe even the future.
Kim is now wearing a revealing, weird outfit. She's dancing around. She's clearly a brand new person as a result of this drink.
