The future of Keeping Up with the Kardashians is more unclear than ever before.
If you choose to believe a couple recent tabloid reports, that is.
First, Star Magazine wrote a few days ago that E! might actually cancel Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Why?
Because the series has allegedly turned into a “grind” for Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian; along with Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.
This article alleges that Kris Jenner is desperate to "save" her beloved program, but there may be nothing she can do.
Now, Radar Online has released a report that echoes this rumor,
The occasionally reliable website writes that "Kim Kardashian is finally learning that not all publicity is good publicity."
It goes on to label husband Kanye West's Yeezy Season 4 fashion show this week in New York City as an "embarrassment" and a "flop" and then somehow connects this to Kim's desire to depart Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Various outlets confirm that models passed out from heat exhaustion at Kanye's event, while the entire show suffered many other humiliating mishaps along the way.
What does this have to do with Radar's headline claim that "Kim Wants Out! Kardashian Plans KUWTK After Kanye’s Fashion Show Flop?"
It's unclear.
"Kim has everyone in her family really worried because she is doing her best to push them all away," writes Radar.
This same, anonymous insider goes on to supposedly say:
"Kim has already given up so much for Kanye that she is at her breaking point.
"Kanye told Kim that he wants her to leave the show and that she should get out before the ratings crash even more.
"Kim knows that she carries the show and that is just adding a lot of stress to her life. At this point, she just wants it to be done with it."
Oh, well, okay then. We guess.
Before those who watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online get too concerned, however, consider the following:
Kim is signed to do the show through 2019. The contract is allegedly worth around $100 million.
And we somehow doubt she's walking away from that sort of financial windfall.
It would be terrible business, wouldn't it? And what does Kanye West pride himself on more than anything else? Being a strong businessman.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians is on hiatus.
It will return on October 23 with new storylines and new episodes.
And, yes, Kim Kardashian will most definitely be a part of it. You can see for yourself via the following extended promo:
