The whole world has probably heard by now that Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday night.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star had millions of dollars worth of possessions stolen from her.
The most ominous thing about all of this is that Kim was left alone in the apartment in Paris.
It's pretty convenient that the people who carried out the robbery arrived shortly after Kim's friends had left the apartment.
It would make anyone think that someone was feeding people information. Right?!
French police and the Kardashians allegedly believe that it was an inside job.
All the signs seem to point to it.
There has been a lot of speculation surrounding what went down.
We know Kim was tied up and locked in the bathroom when the ordeal was over.
People have been quick to judge Kim's bodyguard, Pascal Duvier for leaving Kim at the apartment.
However, he was out on the town looking after Kendall and Kourtney, so there's that.
The whole situation is pretty scary. Kim must be struggling to trust anyone right about now.
For her to get much in the way of closure, she's going to need to find out who was responsible for letting the band of villains know she was alone in the apartment.
The robbers threatened the concierge of the building at gunpoint.
They knew she was alone.
Why would they go up to the apartment without knowing who could be up there with her?
It's hard to imagine they just took a chance and it paid off.
With Kim being in Paris for Paris Fashion Week, a lot of people knew her itinerary, so the police are apparently checking the phone records of the people in and around the building.
The people responsible need to be brought to justice for doing something so awful.
Being a celebrity, security is a key concern, but something went wrong to allow these people to even get close to the reality TV star.
Kim will probably not be returning to Paris any time soon.
She swiftly exited the French capital in the aftermath of what happened and returned home to her husband, Kanye West.
Kanye got the news of Kim being held at gunpoint while he was performing at the Meadows Music and Arts Festival in New York.
He cut the show short after being informed of the incident.
