Kim Kardashian is yet to speak publicly on her life-altering experience in Paris last week.

But multiple family members are now discussing the frightening robbery that befell Kardashian while she was abroad in France.

On Monday, for example, Kris Jenner shared a lengthy Instagram message.

It did not mention Kim directly, but it was pretty clear just what and just who the famous matriarch was referring to with her post.

"Every morning is a reminder of how blessed we are," Kris wrote, adding:

"Today I am grateful for my family, who I love more than words can explain. Count your blessings, be grateful always, and cherish every moment you spend with your loved ones."

We often make fun of Kris and company, but amen, right?

We can't imagine what it was like for Kardashian to have gone through that robbery in Paris; nor what it's been like for her loved ones to deal with the aftermath.

Khloe Kardashian, meanwhile, taped an appearance on Ellen this week.

It marked the first time she has spoken about the incident, as she provided an update on her sister to the host and her millions of viewers.

“I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support and it will take time," Khloe said on air.

"You know, it was horrible what happened to her."

It really was.

As most celebrity gossip followers know by now, a group of armed assailants broke into Kim's apartment early in the morning last Monday, October 3.

They tied Kim up. They gagged her. They made her beg for her life and they stole over $11 million worth of jewelry from her possession.

According to the latest report, the robbers made their getaway on bicycles; were between 40 and 50 years old; spoke French; and identified Kim as "the rapper's wife" when talking about her with the concierge.

In the wake of the attack on Kim, the Kardashian family has kept a lower profile on social media, proving just how serious this is.

When was the last time these attention-loving stars remained so far under the radar? Not even the Kardashian-Jenners view this as any kind of marketing opportunity.

Khloe said she doesn't expect this to change in the near future.

"I think it’s just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments,” she told DeGeneres, adding:

“But this is a really serious matter, and for Kim I think that’s really personal as to when that emotional terror… you could move on from that. I think for us, it’s all a wake up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister is okay."

No rational person is saying Kardashian deserved for this to happen.

But it's still a good idea for her to flaunt her wealth a bit less, for her to maybe keep her location more secret.

In the past, she would share close-ups of her diamonds and talk about where she was staying while on vacation.

We don't think that will happen nearly as often going forward, while many E! viewers are now wondering:

Will they be able to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians going forward? Or has the series really been canceled?

We strongly doubt it.

But it's not an exaggeration to say that things may never be totally the same for Kim, Khloe and everyone else.

Something like this changes a person forever, but at least that person is still here.

At least Kim is still around to raise her children.
