While some unfortunate circumstances have led to Khloe being a single mom with a deadbeat baby daddy, things aren't all bad.
Not only does she have baby True -- she also has tens of millions of dollars.
And Khloe is giving sister Kim a shout-out, because the Kardashians owe their fame to Kim's infamous sex tape.
As you may recall, Keeping Up With The Kardashians took home the Best Reality Series/Franchise at the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards.
But Khloe wasn't there at the time to receive the award.
On Sunday's Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the world got to see her family share the award with her.
Through fake tears, Khloe delivered a mock acceptance speech in front of her family.
"This is all so much pressure!" she joked.
Like most of her family, Khloe is outspoken about her Christian religious beliefs.
"I would like to thank my lord and savior," Khloe says.
She then strikes an extremely different tone with her next shout-out.
"And Kimberly," Khloe declares. "For f--king on camera.”
She is of course referring to Kim's 2007 sex tape with ex-boyfriend, Ray J.
Khloe's joke draws a laugh, but momager Kris Jenner couldn't help but point out the pivotal role that she played in the family's fame.
“I don’t get any credit ever," Kris jokingly laments.
Kim rose to fame because she was close to Paris Hilton, had a famous dad, and then came out with a famous sex tape.
She dragged the whole family to fame with her.
After that, however, it was Kris who masterminded the family's continued ascension to greater heights.
In many ways, it is Kris who helps keep the family relevant and on-message.
Of course, there are downsides when you have a famous sex tape, even if your personal fortune has grown to a third of a billion dollars.
Kim has three children -- and a fourth is on the way very soon. And little North is getting older and more curious.
Earlier this year, Kim opened up very frankly about how she would address her sex tape with her kids.
"I think I’m just gonna be super honest and real with them,” Kim revealed.
She explained: “That’s all you can really be."
That's a great approach! Sex isn't shameful.
Plus, eventually, they'll need to know that it exists before they find out from someone else.
A good reminder of North West's growth is that she has begun to openly ask about her family's bonkers level of fame.
On that very same episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, North asked why people follow and photograph the family all of the time.
(It is normal for children to slowly discover, little by little, that other people's families are wildly different from their own)
Kim's answer made the rounds on social media because it was so hilarious.
"I am Kim Kardashian, and your dad is Kanye West," Kim explained to North.
"Your father is a singer, creator, artiste," she continued.
Kim concluded: "I… have too many talents to count."
It's always a treat to get a glimpse at the inside of Kim's mind.
