With the world still buzzing over the Kim Kardashian Vogue issue, one question remains:
How did she and Kanye West pull that off? How did they keep the pictorial a secret until photos from the issue went online?!?
“Only a very small number of people were told it was happening, and all of them were sworn to secrecy,” an insider tells Us Weekly.
The wedding-themed shoot took place over two days, somewhere around Los Angeles, in late January or early February.
"They took some photos in the plane but didn't fly anywhere," the source added. "There are lots of photos of Kim in different kinds of white wedding-like dresses."
