First a controversial Vogue cover and now he's making her a queen! Sort of. If being queen of a fast food dominion counts.
Kanye West gave Kim Kardashian 10 Burger King restaurants as a wedding present. Because nothing says "I Love You" like flame-broiled Whoppers.
Burger King tweeted the following spoof of the now infamous Vogue cover with the caption: "Vogue cover and 10 Buger Kings for a wedding present. #kimye #likeaking."
"She owns all the jewels anyone could ever want, so he is taking the practical route by investing in businesses for her instead," said an insider close to the couple.
"He knows the fast food industry is reliable and lucrative, plus BK is international, so he thinks it's the perfect fit for Kim."
Kanye West purchased the 10 Burger King restaurants around Europe in hopes that this would help launch Kim Kardashian into an international brand.
"As always, Kanye is thinking outside the box when it comes to Kim." Outside the nugget box? Or the burger box? Or the cardboard fry sleeve?
West's company KW Foods owns several Fatburger restaurants in and around Chicago, so Yeezus is no stranger to the restaurant industry. He understands their potential to make money and appreciates the fact that fast food restaurants aren't reality tv shows, and 'Ye wants Kim to step away from Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
That's where he sees Kim's future, away from reality television. But does Kim see the same? We'll see.
