Less than two weeks after the much-hyped Kimye wedding, Kim Kardashian arrived in LA yesterday with her new husband nowhere to be seen.
Kanye is scheduled to headline the X Games in Austin, but those don't begin until Thursday, a fact that leaves many wondering why the very newly married couple is already traveling separately.
Well, it may have something to do with the fact that Kanye somehow thought his glamorous wife would enjoy a honeymoon spent in the gloomiest, most secluded regions of Ireland.
The Daily Mail reports that Kim and Kanye's honeymoon was a disaster that included such non-Kim-like activities as mountain biking on muddy trails and touring the bleak working-class town of Portlaoise. Does Kanye not know who he married?
"Kim's idea of fun is getting dressed up and going to some great restaurants, and shopping til she drops in some of Europe's most posh boutiques," a source tells the tabloid. "Not roughing it in the country."
Kim reportedly had such a terrible time that she cut the trip a day short, skipping a planned stop in Dublin.
She'll next be off to the NYC area to hit the Hamptons with her family and film a cameo for Keeping Up With the Kardashians (she'll apparently play a reduced role on the E! reality series going forward).
No word on the whereabouts of her new husband...or her 11-month-old child who we're sure is being taken care of by someone, somewhere.
