Kim Kardashian Trainer Reveals INSANE Workout Schedule!

In case you somehow haven't heard, Kim Kardashian wants to lose weight.

She's been complaining on Twitter that her hips and butt are "huge" (yes, Kim somehow just found out she's got a giant ass), and she says she simply can't seem to drop the final 10-15 pounds to reach her goal.

Of course, this woman to Kanye West now, so she's apparently adopted Yeezy's approach to problem solving: when life hands you lemons you 1. Complain on Twitter, and 2. Go freaking insane!

Yes, it would be a massive understatement to say that Kim is going hard in her attempt to regain her pre-baby body. According to Joey Gonzalez, the "celebrity trainer" at Barry's Bootcamp in Sherman Oaks, CA, Kim has been a daily presence at the gym...and she's not your "20 minutes on the treadmill" type:

"We focus on different areas of the body each day and Kim has been frequenting every class to make sure she gets a full-body workout," says Gonzalez.

He adds that she participates in the most "intense" workouts offered by the gym, enabling her to burn 1,000 calories per hour.

You heard that right - Kim Kardashian participates in hours of high-intensity workout classes, seven days a week. This whole "being a mom" thing must be way less demanding and time-consuming than we thought.
