Kris Jenner is standing up for Kim Kardashian.
And the American Dream!
Following President Obama using Kim and Kanye West as examples of a shift in culture that presents today's youth with an unrealistic idea of what constitutes success, Jenner used a segment on her talk show Friday to disagree with the Commander-in-Chief.
“I wasn’t aware that you could only set the bar so high and that we could only dream so big," Jenner replied. "I was taught dream big, work hard and you can have whatever you wanted.”
Speaking of big and hard, of course, Kim got to have whatever she wanted by having sex with Ray J on camera.
Jenner continued by taking Obama to task:
“I bet the President has some friends with 10,000 square foot houses and that he wouldn’t mind going over there… when [he was] asking them to have a party for [him] while [he was] campaigning for dollars to run for president.”
Kris is using the same argument many Conservatives have used against the President, as they believe he wants to punish the wealthy.
It's a stance that millions would say has some merit, but Jenner likely lost all support when she threw in at the end of her tirade:
"Kim Kardashian is the hardest working young lady in the world.”
We're guessing there's a single mom working three jobs - who did not sleep with Ray J on video and whose father was not one of the country's most sought after, well-paid attorneys - who disagrees with that statement.
