E! has unveiled the first extended promo for Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 11.

With new episodes of this (unfortunately) beloved reality series kicking off on November 15, fans can look forward to Khloe Kardashian stripped down for a sexy Complex magazine photo shoot.

Elsewhere, Kim will make a bombshell confession about diabetes, while Caitlyn Jenner will grow closer to her family and Scott Disick will break down in tears when confronted by Kourtney about his alleged cheating.

Talk about high drama!

It's no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner girls have had some work done.

Kim and kompany's love of plastic surgery is so well known that doctors have complained of the "Kardashian effect" that's led to unrealistic expectations and frequent requests for dangerous "enhancements."

Now, a hero Instagram user named Saint Hoax is showing the world just how much the Kard clan has changed over the years with a series of brilliant videos highlighting the various nips and tucks that have created the faces we know today.

First there's Kylie, who, for the longest time, wouldn't even admit to getting lip injections:

As it is, they're a set of living Barbie dolls - setting unrealistic expectations for a generation of impressionable girls, who may become insecure young women.

Amber Rose and Blac Chyna's reality show is officially DOA, and sources say it may not have been "busy schedules" or an internal feud that killed it.

According to an insider, Kim Kardashian may be responsible!

Officially, the Amber Rose-Blac Chyna reality show is dead because both women are too busy with other projects (whatever those might be).

Unofficially, they had a huge falling out ... and Kim, whose husband used to date Rose and who used to be friends with Blac, is the X-factor.

Last week, Kim reached out to end her beef with Rose after hearing her tearful “Slut Walk” speech, in which she “forgave” West publicly.

'Ye slammed her after their breakup, a fact that - coupled with Blac's former fiance Tyga dating Kylie Jenner - led to bad blood with Amber.

No longer, says an insider close to the Kardashians.

“Kim has spoken to Amber Rose this past weekend to let her know" how impressed she was with Rose's Slut Walk speech about Kanye.

"She and Kanye both thought that it took a lot of courage to do what she did and that they are both ready to move on from the drama and start fresh.”

Apparently, this struck a chord with her rival.

"Not long after, Amber Rose decided to pull the plug" on the reality show, the insider adds (for what it's worth, Blac bailed on the Slut Walk).

“Without being able to trash the Kardashians" or at least hint at it, "their show does not have much weight any more,” laments the source.

Meanwhile, the Kardashians are thrilled.

Insiders say they were "living in fear" and are ecstatic that their adversaries won't be "using their newfound fame to talk any more sh!t about them.”

“They have all just agreed on a truce because Kim knew that she had to make this situation good for the future of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

If you can't beat 'em, join 'em?

Speaking of which, Kardashian and Rose are talking about making the reconciliation the focal point of a future episode of Keeping Up.

Talk about a win-win for both sides, and for those who watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online and would love to see this play out.

For reasons that are perfectly understandable, Kim Kardashian is not in a partying mood at the moment.

Sources have confirmed that the former sex tape star has called off her baby shower, which has been scheduled for this weekend, as a result of the tragic situation involving Lamar Odom.

Kim, of course, is expecting her second child (on Christmas Day) with husband Kanye West.

But Odom fell unconscious inside a Nevada brothel on Tuesday afternoon and Kim rushed to be by her ex-brother-in-law's side that evening.

With new information pouring in seemingly every hour, authorities have confirmed that cocaine was found in Odom's system at a Las Vegas hospital.

The owner of the brothel at which Odom partied for days also says the former NBA player took several doses of "Reload" every day, an herbal sexual stimulant with dangerous side effects.

According to the latest report, Odom spent over $75,000 over a multi-day period at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch, selecting two women to essentially be at his service all weekend.

One of these prostitutes discovered Lamar's unresponsive body around 3 p.m. on Tuesday and subsequent 911 calls reveal how the brothel's manager turned the 6'10" star on his side and watched as a foreign substance poured out of his nose and mouth.

Odom remains in a coma and is in critical condition. His prognosis is grim.

Kardashian’s baby shower was to be hosted by Allison Azoff, the daughter of close family friend Shelli Azoff.

It actually was set to be be held at her Los Angeles estate, which is also where Odom got married to Khloe Kardashian in 2009.

But Kim plans on remaining in Vegas all weekend, keeping vigil over Odom along with her sisters, her mother, Odom's kids and Odom's father.

After individually sending their thoughts and prayers to Lamar Odom via social media this week, the young members of the Kardashian-Jenner family have released a joint statement.

With Odom allegedly brain dead and with hope tragically running low, the sisters gave fans a brief update on their personal status, while also touching on their latest business ventures.

Via a message posted on the new websites of Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, the siblings wrote:

"As a family, we've decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar. Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time."

(Kourtney Kardashian does not have an app.)

Following a weekend of partying at a brothel in Nevada, Odom was found unconscious on Tuesday afternoon.

Tests have revealed both cocaine and a dangerous herbal supplement were in his system at the time of the incident, with Khloe, Kim and Kris Jenner flying to Lamar's hospital bedside as soon as they learned the news.

Other family members later joined them, although everyone except Khloe has now headed back home to California.

Odom, however, remains in a coma. His prognosis has not improved and some outlets have reported that, even if Lamar survives, he will be brain dead.

The two-time NBA champion has battled substance abuse for many years.

He fell off the wagon after about four years of marriage to Khloe Kardashian, disappearing for a time and eventually admitting to infidelity during his drug binge.

Khloe as left with no choice but to divorce Lamar, although they are still legally married and she is therefore in charge of his medical decisions.

Since the couple's split, she has also been very open about her strong feelings for her estranged husband.

According to a People Magazine insider, Odom is on his “last leg.” He’s hooked up to ventilator and the family is “preparing for the worst."

Adds this source:

"Khloé has always loved him. And that has never changed and if he didn't have issues, they would be together. She's devastated."

We've reported on many unexpected celebrity feuds over the years, but the alleged beef between the Duchess and the Badonkadonk might be the most random to date.

Yes, according to Star magazine, Kim Kardashian is royally pissed that Kate Middleton won't give her the time of day. 

“Kim is obsessed with Kate—she keeps up with her every move,” says one insider. “She wants nothing more than to be a part of Kate’s circle.”

Rumors about Kim being obsessed with Kate have been circulating for years, and some insiders have even claimed that Kim timed her pregnancies to coincide with Kate's.

Unfortunately, Kim's requests for an A-list playdate have been repeatedly rebuffed.

“Ever since Kate’s son, Prince George, was born, Kim has been badgering the Duchess’ people about setting up a public playdate between him and North, but Kensington Palace keeps telling her in no uncertain terms that it won’t be happening,” the source claims.

“Kim is annoyed that she hasn’t been able to contact Kate directly and is frustrated with getting the cold shoulder. Kim thinks she’s the most famous person in the world and simply cannot fathom why anyone would not want to be her friend.

“Kim and Kanye have been trying to finagle invitations to events where Kate and William are supposed to be,” the source says. “They’ve actually become pretty aggressive about it.”

Well, there's no denying that Kim is one of the most famous women on the planet, but it's important to remember how she gained fame.

Lamar Odom is not completely out of the woods just yet.

But the former basketball star has regained consciousness after a scary incident in Nevada last night Tuesday and multiple outlets have confirmed Odom has spoken a few words.

That's not all, according to Kim Kardashian.

The reality star - who flew to Las Vegas to be there for her sister and former brother-in-law as soon as she learned of Odom's condition - shared the cute photo above on Instagram yesterday.

She also provided followers with an encouraging update.

"I have faith in you. I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy!" Kim wrote.

"Thank you all for your prayers! Lammy- I'm so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today! God is good!"

Kardashian left Odom's bedside for a couple days, but then returned to the hospital on Friday along with Kendall Jenner.

Kris Jenner, meanwhile, has also been spending as much time with Lamar as possible - and she wrote an Instagram message of her own on Saturday evening.

"Come on Lamar!!!! You are such a champion... I know you got this.... #ourfighter #pleasepray #love #thatsmileiseverything," the matriarch wrote.

Odom spent all of last weekend partying at a brothel in Nevada owned by Dennis Hof.

He fell unconscious at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, with his body discovered by an employee at the establishment and with a manager calling 911.

After rolling Odom to his side, the manager says an unknown substance poured from his nose and mouth.

Tests have confirmed that Lamar used cocaine and a dangerous sexual stimulant known as "Reload" during his time at the brothel.

He remained in a coma for the first couple days, but started to show positive signs of life late Friday.

Let's all hope and pray just continues to improve from here.

Mock her for the Kim Kardashian sex tape.

Criticize her for so often posing naked and for becoming rich and famous despite a lack of talent. But give Kim Kardashian credit for one thing:

North West is really, really cute.

With Halloween just around the corner, and with fans wondering whether North will once again dress like a smelly animal, Kim has shared a new picture of her daughter getting into the holiday spirit.

It features little North and a friend hanging out in a pumpkin patch.

“bff's at the pumpkin patch,” Kardashian wrote as a straightforward caption to this image.

Kim, of course, can finally breathe a little easier because former brother-in-law Lamar Odom is on the mend.

Kardashian had flown down to Las Vegas with other members of her family as soon as Lamar was hospitalized last Tuesday, presumably due to a stroke suffered as a result of a drug overdose.

She remained by both her sister Khloe's side and also Odom's side for a few days, even taking a break from updating her official website as a result of the health scare.

But Lamar started showing signs of life over the weekend, prompting Kim to Tweet that God is good and for her to return here to social media.

We appreciate that she had the good taste to do so with a cute picture of her daughter and not with some close-up of her giant cleavage.

As you've probably heard by now, Lamar Odom nearly died from a drug overdose last week and is currently undergoing extensive physical therapy 

Less than 24 hours after that shocking news broke, we learned that Scott Disick checked into rehab for the sixth time.

The two incidents are probably unrelated, but they've led to jokes, speculation, blog posts and memes about the ways in which the Kardashians seem to ruin men's lives. 

It's ridiculous to think that the women themselves have such a negative impact on the lives of downtrodden dudes like Scott, Lamar and Rob Kardashian, but the guys' issues may have a common bond.

Perhaps these guys just had trouble coping with the fame and scrutiny that accompanied their involvement with "America's first family."

Whatever the case, folks on social media are having a field day with memes like this:

That one was stolen posted to Instagram by famed hack/joke thief The Fat Jew. It's just one example of the newest form of Kardashian-bashing.

Ragging on the Kardasdhians is one of the Internet's favorite pastimes, and we would never try to put a stop to it, but if this "Kardashian Curse" trend is to continue, it's important to keep a few things clear:

1. Caitlyn's life was not ruined. She seems to be doing just fine. Don't be D-bags, y'all.
2. Scott and Lamar almost certainly suffered from substance abuse issues before they got romantically involved with members of the Kard clan. In fact, Kourtney and Khloe deserve credit for expressing their concern and offering help even after their relationships were through.
3. Kanye will be just fine. You can see the dude's ego from space. We can't be certain about Tyga.
4. Rob Kardashian probably suffers from depression. Yes, the constant glare of the reality show spotlight almost certainly isn't helping his condition, but it's not like his sisters are planning a two-hour special where they repeatedly bash his testicles with a sledgehammer.

Although come to think of it, that would probably pull in bigger ratings and be less painful to watch than Kim and Kris Humphries' wedding.

Anyway, fame ruining people's lives is nothing new, and the Kardashian gals aren't to blame for their men's recent misfortunes, but that doesn't mean you can't joke about the idea. Hell, we sure did:

The feud between Amber Rose and Kim Kardashian is a strange one, as Amber seems to have nothing but genuine respect and admiration for Kim.

The woman who was Kim Kardashian before Kim Kardashian was Kim Kardashian would like to wish Kim Kardashian a happy birthday.

We're talking about Paris Hilton.

The former A-Lister, who actually hired Kim as her personal assistant way back in the day, took to Instagram today and wished her former employee/close friend a happy birthday.

“Happy Birthday @KimKardashian," Hilton wrote as a caption to the above throwiback photo.

"Wishing you the best on your special day. What a fun trip we had in Australia, we loved rocking our matching #LouisBags #BirthdayGirl.”

Kardashian tuns 35 today, with THG having joined Paris this morning in sending our birthday wishes to the ex-sex tape star.

Kate Middleton and the British Royal Family just keep on snubbing Kimye, and Kim Kardashian finally got the message, a new report claims.

Ever since Kate became an international style icon, but especially since North West and Prince George were born in 2013, Kim has been OB-SESSED.

Kardashian, 35, has absolutely idolized the 33-year-old Duchess and has tried desperately to meet her on multiple occasions, only to be rebuffed.

If you can call the [crickets] treatment that.

Tabloid reports allege that Kim has reached out to Kate personally, but has yet to receive the time of day, and her requests began to get a tad weird.

Kanye West even sent Princess Charlotte a custom outfit form his new clothing line, but the questionable clothing gift was promptly returned.

When Kim learned that FLOTUS Michelle Obama was meeting the Duchess, she lobbied for Michelle to put in a good word for her. Obama declined.

An insider dished that at one point, Kate even canceled one of her events at the last minute because she heard that Kimberly would be in attendance.

And man alive, is she pissed at Kate Middleton now.

After two-plus years, Kim has finally taken the hint, and she is royally (boo) fed up with the woman who she just wanted to be BFF with.

An insider dished to Star, "She is devastated."

Being an A-list celebrity for no apparent reason, Kim is clearly used to getting what she wants by virtue of her mere existence, so this is a tough blow.

It can't be easy to learn that there's someone out there with an IDGAF attitude toward her, and that the person is someone held in such high esteem.

The source close to dejected Kim adds:

“After years of trying to worm her way in to Kate’s life, it was one rejection too many. She and Kanye can’t believe anyone would treat them this way."

That's what you call a reality check.

As for reports that the Duchess is pregnant with baby #3, that can't be confirmed or denied, but Kim is probably so psyched they're preggo together again!

Either way, at least Kim can fall back on her fame, fortune, family and the fact that she looks hotter in a bikini than the woman who will be queen.

Kanye West did it again this week. 

The master of the unexpected (remember when he rented out AT&T Park to propose to Kim Kardashian?), Kanye once again took his wife by surprise on the occasion of her 35th birthday.

On Wednesday afternoon, the rapper made Kim believe she was simply attending a movie with her husband...

... only for the couple to show up at Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas in Westlake Village and for Kardashian to realize they weren't alone.

"My husband never ceases the amaze me!" Kim wrote as a caption to a photo of the cake pictured above.

"He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It's sooooo good BTW) and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!)."

She continued to explain/gush:

"Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever, feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women! Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!"

While Khloe Kardashian did not attend the festivites, in order to remain with an ailing Lamar Odom, guests on hand included most of the usual suspects:

Kris Jenner, boyfriend, Corey Gamble, Kourtney Kardashian, Caitlyn Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Kylie's boyfriend Tyga.

Earlier in the day, meanwhile, Khloe did send along her best wishes on Instagram, writing:

"Happy birthday Keeks!!. I pray you know how loved and dope you are!!! You continuously amaze me by how you do it all.

"Thank you for always being there for everyone! Today is about you!!! Enjoy it Mrs West!!! I love you, My bestie, my sister, my rider!"

Kim Kardashian may want to stick to cute pumpkin patch pictures of her daughter going forward.

The 35-year old reality star shared what she presumed to be just another cute photo of North West yesterday, posing an image on Instagram of the toddler fast asleep in her car seat.

"Knocked out!," Kim wrote as a caption.

But followers weren't content to simply look at the photo and smile.

They studied it closely instead and took exception with the casual way in which North is strapped in to her apparatus.

"If she gets in a car accident it could cause major damage to the child. it's called a chest clip for a reason," wrote one critic, while another offered her own harsh critique as follows:

"Straps are way too loose and chest clips are not even in the proper position...That's your child's life."

Come on now, people.

You won't find bigger Kim Kardashian haters on the Internet than those at The Hollywood Gossip.

But while we question the desperate ways in which Kim milks every opportunity for every cent she can (waist training? Really?!?), we have never questioned her commitment to North West.

The child always appears to be happy and well-cared for, even when dressed like a skunk for some reason.

It's not cool to judge other parents. Don't come down hard on Kim here.

As you've probably heard, Rob Kardashian gained a fair amount of weight in recent months, and he's been hiding out from fans and the press as a result.

Fortunately, insiders say Rob is planning a comeback these days that involves getting back into shape and returning to the public eye. Of course, that could spell trouble for Kim Kardashian, as it means Rob will likely get back into the habit of taking shots at his famous sister:

Rob posted the above photo in honor of Kim's 35th birthday earlier this week.

It may seem innocent enough, but some fans think Rob may have subtly dissed his big sis in the caption:

"Happy birthday kimburrrr...thanks for always feeding me cheese fries all day."

In order to appreciate the understated jab, you need to remember that Kim once blamed Rob's weight gain on the fact that he "smokes weed, drinks beer, hangs out and plays video games with his friends all day long." 

Is this Rob's way of saying Kim was actually his worst enabler?

We may never know for certain, but we do know that Rob taking shots at Kim on Instagram is not a new phenomenon.

Frankly, we hope he makes his way back onto TV just so we can see him go toe-to-toe with Kim on a regular basis.
