Khloe Kardashian took a break from playing nurse and wife over the weekend to take on the role of celebratory sister.

The reality star, who has been attending to an ill Lamar Odom ever since he fell unconscious inside a Nevada brothel, finally left her husband's side in order to attend Kim Kardashian's baby shower.

The party had been scheduled for the weekend prior, but Kim canceled the gathering due to Lamar's health situation.

With Odom at least somewhat on the mend, and also having been moved to Los Angeles, though, Kardashian got together on Sunday with Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall.

In pajamas!

Baby shower vibes, Kylie wrote as a caption to the above image, which featured all five siblings just sitting and chilling in matching attire.

In another picture (below), we see Kylie and Kourtney sipping tea from mugs in front of indoor teepees while wearing sunglasses.

In case you haven't figured it out by now, the (random) theme of the baby shower was Troop Beverly Hills.

“Just our usual morning routine,” Jenner captioned this snapshot, adding the hashtags “#troopbeverlyhills” and “#sipstea.”

Khloe left the shindig after two hours, returning to the hospital to care for Odom.

Kim, meanwhile, is expecting her second child with Kanye West in just under two months.

She and the rapper are actually due to welcome a baby boy into the world on Christmas Day.

They have kept all name possibilities mostly quiet, but we know for sure that he will NOT be named South and we can take an educated guess that he will be named something very stupid.

The woman who got famous for banging Ray J on video shared a photo on Instagram yesterday from her Troop Beverly Hills-themed get together over the weekend.

It features Kim sitting in the middle of a group of friends, her pajamas undone just enough to let her large stomach hang out for all to see.

“We drove up to the shower and the valet had on the same attire that the Beverly Hills Hotel employees wear,” Kardashian wrote about her shower on her website.

“There were pajamas from the Beverly Hills Hotel that everyone was given to change into and troop leaders were serving Girl Scout cookies!"

Those in attendance at the baby shower included Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.

The latter took a couple hour break from caring for hospitalized husband Lamar Odom to attend the festivities.

"We had the best brunch and, of course, finished it off with beignets and hot cocoa!" concluded Kim.

"It was the best, most child day ever with all of my closest friends. It couldn’t have been a better day."

Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a boy to join their family in late December.

He's actually due on Christmas Day and Kim has said she likes the name Easton, though this is unlikely to end up being the child's actual name.

Thank goodness, right?

Let's face it: Scott Disick is not the most sympathetic of figures.

The guy acts like a douchebag at every opportunity, flaunts his wealth all the time and very likely cheated on Kourtney Kardashian.

We haven't exactly been crying a river for Scott ever since Kourtney finally wised up and kicked him to the proverbial curb.

But Scott himself is crying a river in this sneak peek Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 11.

It features an intervention between various family members and Disick, who openly weeps when told about how his drinking and partying have affected all around him.

"It's been a really hard time having all of you guys to having nobody,” Disick tells Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Kris Jenner through many tears.

Who knew Disick, who checked into rehab earlier this month, had such emotion in him?!?

Elsewhere in the 30-second sneak peek:

• Caitlyn Jenner happily shows up and hangs out with her family.
• Kendall complains that her parents are making her choose between them.
• The family takes a vacation (sorry, a "vacay") that involves many selfies, a lot of bikini-wearing and some ATV-driving.
• Tyga shows off his tattoo of his girlfriend's first name.
• Khloe tells viewers that her family often goes through some "crazy sh-t" but comes out of it "okay."

The reality star recently achieved an Instagram milestone, becoming the second person in human history to compile at least 50 million followers on this social media platform.

Swift reached the insane figure first, celebrating the achievement with a photo of her cat a few weeks ago.

As of this writing, Swift stands at 52.7 million followers.

But Kardashian isn't that far behind, having just surged past 50 million herself. 

She honored the feat by sharing the above snapshot of herself acting all goofy with her famous husband and writing as a caption and message:

WAIT!!!! I KNOW I'M LATE BUT 50 MILLION INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS!!!! SERIOUSLY YOU DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU!!

Kim, of course, has continued to build up her fan base via a pair of contrasting strategies.

She either shows off various parts of her body, even going as far as to post Kim Kardashian nude photos online.

Or she tries to take followers inside her unique world, acting like their best friend by depicting herself in pajamas with her baby bump hanging out, for example.

Will she fly past Swift? Will the singer make like Ray J and stay on top of Kim?

Expect this intense battle to continue raging on for as long as both women are relevant.

Kim Kardashian cannot wait for Christmas this year.

Because she's expecting a major gift from husband Kanye West? Actually, yes. But it's not one that will arrive with a bow on it.

Kardashian and West are expecting their second child on Christmas Day itself... and Kim is clearly anxious for December 25 to arrive.

In her latest website post about “Baby West,” the expecting reality star admits she’s feeling “like a f—king whale” at seven months along.

The mother to North West went on to say she been craving taco salad these days and that she can’t eat Mexican candy anymore because it gives her “too much heartburn.”

Moreover, her son-to-be is also “sitting” on her bladder, which is causing her to “have to pee every five minutes!”

This is pretty typical pregnancy fare. But that likely isn't much of a comfort to the person experiencing it.

This isn't to say, however, that Kardashian is enjoying certain perks of her pregnancy.

She was feted over the weekend at a baby shower, spending Sunday in pajamas and hanging out with sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.

Kim later shared a picture of her baby bump on Instagram and she's not kidding... that thing is pretty huge!

But the child that emerges from it will likely be pretty adorable and well worth any and all whale-like feelings.

Hmmm... might we have awarded Colton Haynes the title of Best Halloween Costume in 2015 a few days too early?

Kelly Ripa is now here to lay claim to that honor.

The talk show host, who dons numerous outfits for her final show before October 31 every year, has given fans a preview of one of the ensembles she will wear on air tomorrow.

And it will remind everyone of Kim Kardashian nude.

Why? Because Ripa is channeling the reality star's most recent naked pictorial by wearing her same dress and popping a bottle of champagne on a fake cover of Paper.

Kardashian failed to break the Internet with her birthday suit-based spread, but perhaps Ripa will succeed this week in breaking Halloween.

Let's compare the two covers, shall we?

Kim, of course, also posted for two alternate covers, both of which featured her nude body and her very glistening skin.

But Ripa will be drawing the line at this tight-fitting dress.

We can also reveal that Ripa will dress as Princess Leia on the October 30 edition of her talks how, while co-host Michael Strahan will go appear as Lando Calrissian.

The expecting mother took to Instagram today in order to wish her stepfather a happy birthday, only she opened her message by asking a question of Caitlyn Jenner.

"Happy Birthday Caitlyn! Are you 66 or is Caitlyn 1? Lol," Kardashian wrote.

This is both funny and, actually, very respectful.

It proves that Kim understands Caitlyn's transition into womanhood, how the I Am Cait star really does feel as if she's starting all over again as a female.

Making a reference to a meal Kim, Caitlyn, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner shared on Tuesday, Kim added:

"That was the debate at our bday lunch yesterday! Have the best day ever filled with lots of love & laughs!

Darn you, Caitlyn Jenner, for showing that the Kardashian and Jenner children are not entirely terrible people.

"You have shown me what it's truly like to live an authentic life without caring what the world would think! I love you!"

Again, pretty awesome and supportive of Kim, who has always said the right things about her stepdad and the significant change he underwent this year.

With Keeping Up with the Kardashians set to return on November 15, Kylie also sent birthday messages Caitlyn's way today.

"Happy birthday to my main squeeze. You've never failed me! I love you," she wrote.

Kim Kardashian's plans to document her delivery and pregnancy drama have all but come to a halt with Lamar Odom in the hospital, insiders say.

Not surprisingly, Kim is said to be a little upset about this.

As the 35-year-old is preparing to give birth to her second child, she is pulling back on the "planned drama," she had concocted for reality TV.

And she's none too pleased about it.

"From sudden weight gain to a doctor's appointment that didn't go well, she could put anything into the show," a source told Radar.

"Kim knows that her pregnancy drama gives the show good ratings so she was totally planning to exploit any little thing she could."

"Any kind of emergency around the pregnancy and delivery would have been ratings gold and Kim knows that," the source added.

"Kim is worried that Lamar's situation will overshadow her giving birth. She had plans to milk her baby drama and now she's stuck."

But Odom's situation threw a wrench into plans to make Kim the focal point when we watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online.

"Kim is worried that any drama she showcases would be considered rude or crass with Lamar being in the hospital," says the insider.

With Odom "fighting for his life," the family Kash Kow "is afraid she will look bad if she creates drama surrounding her pregnancy."

Hard to argue with that ... but why would it matter?

Does Kim not get enough attention and make enough cash on a daily basis? Is she honestly so vain that this is her thought process?

Whether she's truly bitter about this is disputed.

A second source concedes that Kim pregnancy fakery was planned, but says the reality star is only concerned about her family:

"With Lamar being in such a bad state she is really trying to tone down her own drama out of respect for her sister and Odom."

In any case, Kardashian is treading lightly with Odom recovering in the hospital, even postponing her baby shower after he OD'd.

For what it's worth, the Kardashians were filming in the Las Vegas hospital when Odom first arrived from Nevada's Love Ranch brothel.

There is footage of Lamar in the immediate aftermath of his near death experience, in other words. What it documents is unclear.

As for whether this will mean Odom on Keeping Up, or whether Khloe is exploiting Lamar, those are also open questions for another day.

Considering she's been married three times, Kim Kardashian may not seem like the best source of relationship advice, but the reality star offered up some pearls of marital wisdom at an event sponsored by InStyle magazine earlier this week.

Kim presented an award to makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury, and in addition to complaining about being pregnant for 400,000th time, Kim gave the crowd a strange glimpse into her home life:

“I’m going to make this quick because my heartburn just kicked in, but Charlotte Tilbury is my hero because she has never let her husband see her without makeup on. She sleeps with her makeup on. She’s my idol.

"She’s inspired me when I am really lazy and I can’t do my makeup the next day, so I’ll sleep in my makeup. I know that’s probably the worst advice, but she has all the magic creams to put on the next day to make up for it.”

Yes, Kim idolizes Charlotte not because she's such a talented and driven woman, but because "she has never let her husband see her without makeup on."

We knew that Kim loves makeup, but sleeping in it so that Kanye never sees her bare-faced?

Of course, we know that Yeezy has seen Kim without makeup, because the whole world has seen Kim without makeup, but it's hard to imagine a woman who seems as confident and self-assured as Kim spending even a second worrying about whether she's sufficiently gussied-up for her man.  

Sleeping in makeup because you're worried about disappointing the person you're married to seems a bit crazy. Now, sleeping in makeup out of sheer laziness - that's something we can get behind.

Talk about a sibling NON-rivalry...

Despite talk that Kim Kardashian might sue Kylie Jenner, and despite the sisters both competing for fans to sign-up for their new websites these days, Kylie spoke to Time Magazine this week and had nothing but nice things to say about Kim.

We know: How boring, right?

"Kim is so inspirational and she has the biggest drive," gushed Kylie.

"She’s so dedicated, she’s so smart, she’s such a businesswoman, and she’s always doing something and thinking of new ideas. She has inspired me to have a great work ethic."

Jenner and her sister, Kendall, were named as two of the world's most influential teens by Time this year.

It's the second consecutive years in which the Jenners have earned this honor.

In response, Kylie also told the publication that she takes this responsibility seriously. She aims to inspire her fan base on a daily basis.

"I just want to inspire my fans to be whoever they want to be, because that’s what I’ve always done," Jenner says, adding of her followers:

"They know that… I’m always experimenting and trying to figure out who I am and exactly what I want to be… I feel like it inspires them to be exactly who they want to be."

So, if Kim is so great... and if Kylie models herself after Kim... why does Kylie actually have a more popular app than her older sibling?

"I know my fans are my age or younger than me, so I just like to show my personality and show my fans my home and my dogs. I get really personal. I’m on Snapchat, and I’m just like them at the end of the day.

"Kim’s more private. She has kids. It’s just different."

Jenner launched her app in September and immediately sky-rocketed to the top of the iTunes chart.

To date, she's showed off her $2.7 million home and made other beauty revelations through the platform, charging folks $2.99 for full access to it.

Yes, people are now paying to see pictures and videos of Kylie Jenner.

It was bad enough when people were just doing this at no cost during their free time.

Over the years, Kim Kardashian has dressed up for Halloween as Catwoman, as a skeleton and as Jasmine, just to name a few.

But now Kim Kardashian is here to offer advice on how to come up with the most important Halloween costume of all... Kim Kardashian herself!

In a blog post on her official website, Kim goes into detail on how to nail her “signature look,” in case anyone wants to trick or treat this year as a woman who let Ray J bang her on video.

“My signature look has become so recognizable, that it could easily work as a last-minute Halloween costume!” Kardashian wrote, in what may be her most self-involved and pompous entry to date.

Seriously, who doles out advice on how to dress like themselves?!?

Kim Kardashian, that's who. And here's what she had to say about it:

“Mixing bodycon pieces with a long coat, strappy heels and dark sunglasses is the perfect combination for a cool Kim-inspired look!”

But... wait!

Just when you thought Kardashian couldn't get more obnoxious about this, she went ahead and got all obnoxious about it.

Kardashian went ahead provided website subscribers with a shopping guide, offering up suggestions that:

1. Cost far more than the average person wants to pay.
2. Come from her catalog of sponsorships.

So, sure, you can follow Kim's advice and go buy some Too Glam Sunglasses for $60 in order to look like her.

But just know that Kardashian gets paid to make that recommendation.

And also know that, we mean this as respectfully as possible, but: You would be a huge loser if you dressed, in any non-tongue-in-cheek fashion, as Kim Kardashian for Halloween.

Look, we're very familiar with the Kim Kardashian sex tape.

We're well aware that it's easy to make fun of its star at all times and Kim Kardashian is absolutely fair game for any X-rated joke you'd wish to make.

Here's one, for example:

You know how Kim Kardashian has gotten behind waist training as a supposedly legitimate way to lose weight? That's sort of like how Ray J got behind her in their sex tape!

See? Easy and hilarious.

But that doesn't mean it's fair game, or anything that resembles fair game, to sexualize Kim's daughter, just because her mom often poses naked.

We bring all this up as a segue because Billboard Tweeted a link yesterday to a story about how North West was attending ballet class this week when she told paparazzi members to stop taking pictures of her.

As you can see above, Billboard ran this story along with a photo of North eating a lollipop, writing as a caption to the image:

"The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree."

The Tweet has since been taking down, but not before Twitter users slammed Billboard for being "reprehensible" and "disgusting," among other insults.

Can you blame this criticism?

The magazine did just imply that a toddler likes to give oral sex in the same way her mother does, didn't it?

If there's another way to interpret the Tweet posted above, by all means... let's hear it!

The drama between Amber Rose and Kim Karsdashian is about to revive itself.

In early October, Kim was ready to end the feud with Amber. But when Kim catches wind of Amber’s new Paper Magazine shoot, the proverbial sh-t is going to hit the fan.

Amber collaborated with Paper Magazine to create a follow-up “Break the Internet” edition.  Considering Amber Rose posed nude before, we can assume it will include naked pics.

At this time, it is unclear what her shoot will include.  But it seems as if she is copying Kim Kardashian’s nude pics that “broke the internet.”

Amber Rose sat down with Sirius XM’s Paper Radio to chat about the photo shoot.  She said the spread will pay homage to many “feminists throughout the years.” Certainly, when women’s suffragists were rallying, this is what they had in mind.

Despite her naked homage to feminists, Rose does want her identity to be detached from the men in her life.

In a recent interview with GQ, she criticized the magazine for referring to her as “Kanye West’s ex” and “Wiz Khalifia’s baby mama.”

She said that she wants to be known for more than just the men she has been involved with.

The Paper Magazine spread is in perfect time for Rose to promote her newly released book How to Be a Bad Bitch.

This probably won’t go over well with Kim Kardashian or her family.  The Kardashians have been embattled with Amber Rose over a slew of issues.

Over the summer, Amber Rose called out the illegal nature Tyga and Kylie Jenner’s relationship.  At the time, Kyle was underage while dating the 25-year-old rapper.

The interview started an online battle that included most of the Kardashian family and even Kanye West.

And the drama escalated when Amber Rose and Blac Chyna were slated to film a reality show.  The Kardashians knew Amber would reveal all of the dirty secrets she knows about the family.

However, Amber Rose and Blac Chyna’s show was canceled.  The BFFs claimed they were too busy for a new gig.

But lately, Amber Rose has been quiet about the obnoxious reality TV family.  That might change when her spread in Paper Magazine is released.

Kim Kardashian had a bit of fun with her fans and haters this weekend, dressing up as herself from the 2013 Met Gala.

"Still fits," she wrote on Instagram. 

It was an outfit that drew comparisons to sofa patterns, but Kardashian was proud of her bespoke Givenchy look, which included matching gloves and shoes.  

The reality star arrived at her first Costume Institute Gala in May 2013 on the arm of boyfriend/baby daddy Kanye West, pregnant as hell with daughter, North, whom she would deliver the following month.

It wasn't an easy pregnancy for Kardashian, who not only suffered from health issues, but got the sartorial crap kick out of her by anyone with a keyboard.  Sure enough, as soon as photos from one of the biggest events of the year started rolling in, so did the comments.

Even Kardashian's own sister, Khloe, had something to say about the look.

"I think Kim is beautiful," Khloe told Today's Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford at the time.  "I wish, like, the gloves … I just felt like it was too covered somehow, just because her body, her boobs, her belly … just all looked like one."

I think the costume is rather brilliant.  Maybe next year I'll sport something from the Delia*s catalog circa 1997.

E! aired the first of three specials dedicated to Keeping Up with the Kardashians on Sunday night.

Titled Keeping Up: The Kardashians Rewind, the half-hour episode gave fans an idea of what to expect when new episodes of this wildly popular reality series return on Sunday, November 15.

So.... what can fans expect this fall from television's First Family?

• A lot of Scott Disick struggling with alcohol, partying and ignoring his family.

A sneak peek at upcoming scenes concluded with Disick in tears, telling Kourtney he regrets so many of his recent actions.

“I understand I need to help myself,” he says, adding that he's been having a very difficult time with "nobody" in his life.

• A focus on Caitlyn Jenner and her transition into womanhood.

On the special, we witnessed Caitlyn arriving late to Kylie's 18th birthday party.

After being pressed why she wasn't on time, considering Bruce was always on time, Caitlyn smiled and responded:

"It’s a woman’s prerogative to be a little late."

She also expressed sadness over the final one of her children officially becoming an adult.

• Kylie and Kendall Jenner both sky-rocketing into adulthood.

From an early age, the special established how Kylie was a rebel and Kendall was the shy one.

We even saw a slight rift between the two siblings as they get older and choose their own paths.

However, the end of the episode found Kendall and Kylie resolving to spend “sister time” together.

So that's where Keeping Up with the Kardashians is doing. As for where Keeping Up with the Kardashians has been?

Kim Kardashian has taken to her official website in order to take fans behind the scenes of her recent 35th birthday party.

As previously reported, Kim was caught off guard late last month when Kanye West took her to a movie theater on the anniversary of her birth...

... only for the movie theater to be filled with Kim's loved ones.

Those who attended the October 22 shindig were Kris Jenner and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, along with Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner and Kylie's boyfriend Tyga.

Caitlyn Jenner also made an appearance, but Khloe Kardashian did not in order to remain by the hospital bedside of an ailing Lamar Odom.

West rented out the Promenade at Westlake's Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas in Westlake Village, California for the event, which included the following:

• A lot of churros.
• A screening of the Michael Fassbender movie Steve Jobs.
• Kim's family members and friends rocking fake baby bumps to make her feel better about her large stomach (which contains a growing young boy, of course).

"My husband never ceases the amaze me," Kardashian West wrote after the party, adding:

"He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It's sooooo good BTW) and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!).

"Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever, feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women!

"Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!"

Kim shared these two new pictures on her fairly new official website, which now costs money to toggle through and which is set to make her millions of more dollars every year.

Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner both kept their clothes on for an Instagram photo last night.

The miraculous occasion took place at Kendall's 20th birthday celebration, which took place at Los Angeles nightclub The Nice Guy.

The gathering was attended by such family members as Kanye West, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian.

Famous friends who stopped by included Tyga, Drake, Justin Bieber, Ruby Rose, Gigi Hadid and Nick Jonas.

Along with sharing the above snapshot of herself and her younger half-sister, Kim wrote the following message on her social media account:

Happy Birthday to my little Kenny!!!! Your not a teenager anymore!

I love you so much and am so proud of everything you have accomplished and the person you have become!

Kim and Kendall have allegedly been in a feud over the past year or so, but all seems to be just fine now.

Previous reports had claimed that Kendall wanted so little to do with Kim, wanted to distance herself so far from the family name, that she banned Kardashian from her fashion shows.

Kendall also supposedly thinks SHE's the hot sister now.

At this point, most would agree that the Kardashians didn't rise to fame because of talent (see: "Jam: Turn It Up").  

We didn't, however, expect Rebel Wilson to turn down an appearance with Kylie and Kendall Jenner because of it. 

Actually, we did.  And we love it.

“I got asked to present with Kendall and Kylie at the recent VMAs but I said ‘no, I’d rather do it by myself,'" Wilson told Australian radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O, according to Yahoo! News.

“It’s not that I hate any of them individually, but it’s just that everything they stand for is against everything I stand for. And they’re not famous for talent. I worked really hard to get where I’ve gotten to.

"I think I was going to dress up as Kim K if I was going to [present with Kendall and Kylie at the VMAs].”

Wilson explained that the family wasn't really "about talent," save for a home video and a reality show based on their already-privileged lives.

“I mean how Kim Kardashian got famous from the sex tape and I just went to acting school and worked really hard," Rebel said.

“Fame is a tricky one. If you’re Amy Winehouse and famous for writing great songs, that’s great, but it blows my mind that so many people engage with someone like Kim Kardashian."

Wilson would be totally fine with the Kardashians - any of them/all of them - going back under the rock from whence they came.

“She’s got nothing to say, no opinions on anything," Wilson concluded.  "I’d hate teenagers to think that’s the way to be happy because it’s not – it’s fake.”

It wouldn’t be Kim Kardashian’s baby if he weren’t dressed up in unnecessary bling.

On Wednesday, November, 4, Kim Kardashian tweeted a pic showcasing her future baby’s new bling.

The necklace is shown paired with a matching chain for Kanye West, Kim's husband and baby daddy. 

“Like father like son. Thank you so much @lorenridinger @jrridinger @amberridinger @duanemclaughlin for this chain!!!” the 35-year-old star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians captioned the pic.

Kim is mother to daughter North West, and she is pregnant with her second child with Kanye.  They are expecting a baby boy in December.

In her early months of pregnancy, there was media speculation as to whether or not she was actually pregnant.  True to her nature, Kim loved the fake pregnancy rumors, claiming they reminded her that she is skinny.

However, clearly, there is no denying it now. Kardashian even joked on her website that she feels “like a f—king whale.”

She also mentioned a common complaint among pregnant women: the baby is “sitting” on her bladder.

“I have to pee every five minutes,” she admitted.
